Shipping and APO/FPO Adressess
Hours of Operation:
- Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm PST, excluding holidays.
- We typically process all orders within 48 hours of order placed. Once order is processed, please allow 2 to 10 business days for delivery from shipping date for all products.
- Back order or out of stock items will typically ship no more than 2 business days after the product has been received from the manufacturer.
- We will notify you via email if your product is Back Ordered/Out of Stock.
Capturing of Funds:
- The credit card you provided will not be charged until the day your order is shipped.
- An e-mail with tracking information will be sent to the provided email address within twelve hours of the order being shipped.
- All products with free shipping will note such within the product name.
- Shipping will still be charged on items that are not labeled as free shipping, even if combined with free shipping items.
How much is shipping?
- Shipping is determined by the weight of product, how many you order, the products destination/ point of origin (California) & the chosen carrier.
- Shipping costs can be estimated by placing the desired items into your shopping cart. Once in “View Cart” enter your zip code & click “Run”.
- Shipping charges will be calculated prior to you putting in your credit card information.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
- Yes, using USPS.
- Please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- We will contact you if the wrong shipping method is selected. This may delay your shipment.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
- At this time we do not ship outside the United States.
Can you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, however most APO/FPO addresses are not supported. Military mail packages can be shipped to most APO/FPO, DPO and USAG-J however, please be aware that these parcels may take longer to arrive since they need to pass through the MPSA (Military Postal Service Agency) officials. Additionally, please know that there may be additional fees required to ship products to APO/FPO addresses.
We offer this valuable service to our troops and their pets because we know how difficult it can be for our military friends in finding a company willing to ship to an APO/FPO address.
Not very many pet food online supply stores offer this valuable service to our Military Troops, however 4petsusa.com can proudly say we support our military troop's pet's needs by offering APO/FPO, DPO and USAG-J services.

Domestic Shipping Methods:
In addition to the observed referenced holidays listed under each carrier, 4petusa.com is closed on the following days, Dec. 24 Christmas Eve and Dec. 31 New Years Eve.

- All orders placed and USPS is selected as a shipping method, 4petsusa anticipates the order will arrive at its destination within 10 business days from the shipment date
- Regardless of shipping method chosen, as a courtesy, 4PetsUSA will provide you with a tracking Number.
- USPS does not ship to every address. If your address is “Undeliverable” you will need to provide an alternative shipping address or pay more for an alternate carrier.
- If we can help expedite the shipping process, we may choose a method other then what’s chosen (no additional cost).
- Please now the new USPS postal update to shipping methods are estimates to transit times. These new shipping methods are not actual shipping transit times.

All Shipping times are approximate and completely dependent on the carrier. We at 4petsusa can’t guarantee shipping times or prices other than the fact that we will make every effort to get your product to you at the lowest price we can and as fast as we can with the carriers we have at our disposal.
If your package is returned for non-delivery your order will be subject to the “RETURNS” section of our policy.

Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and 4petsusa.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, We will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with 4petsusa’s Return Policy.

Damaged or missing goods
Shortages or damages must be reported within five days after receipt of goods.
Canceling an Order
If for some reason you need to cancel an order, please email info@4PetsUSA.com before 11:30 AM PST. If your email is sent after 11:30 AM PST it will not be processed until the next business day. If your order has not shipped, we can cancel it free of charge, no questions asked. If your order has shipped before you cancel, you will need to return the order at your own expense and your order will be subject to our return policy. You may return most products purchased from us within 30 days of the order date, as long as they are unopened and in good condition. In order to make the return process as smooth as possible, please read the following procedure carefully.
- You should use this form or email us at email@example.com and request a return authorization. Please provide an explanation of why your product needs to be returned.
- A copy of your packing slip in the box along with your noted RMA number will expedite the process of your refund.
- Return items using the address on the packing slip. If you no longer have the packing slip, please write your name, order number, address, RMA number and contact information on another piece of paper and include it in the box. Anything you return should be either unopened or in otherwise new condition to ensure that you’re eligible for a refund.
- We will contact you with details of your refund, once we receive and process the returned item. Please note that we refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error, and the entire order is returned. 4PetsUSA com will only process returns and refunds for items purchased at 4PetsUSA.
- 4petsusa.com does not allow or will not offer refunds or exchnages on food, treats or any other edible items due to strict health policies. Please ensure you make your selections carefully and double check your order before submitting.
- If you order is refused upon delivery or it is returned to us for non-delivery, then there will be a 15% restocking fee applied!
In general we can potentially re-route your order to the new address you provide, however, this will not guarantee the delivery of your order especially if the transit time is within 2 days of being delivered to the original shipping address. Please contact us for further details. If our shipping carrier is contacted for re-routing your order, there will be an additional $15 service fee required to be collected from the customer, 4Petsusa customer service will contact the (customer) to collect this additional fee.
Note: Due to general health considerations, we regret that there can be no returns on vaccines, or otc medications. Also and to re-iterate all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Note: No return will receive a credit for our initial cost to ship; including those products marked as "*FREE SHIPPING*". If all return guidelines are met: Credit = Total - 15% restocking fee - Shipping
